Refund policy

We want you to love your stationery as much as we loved making it. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns

  • Non-custom items: You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items: Final sale—because they were made just for you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless we messed up (oops, our bad).

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at heather@rorieflair.com with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it—no extra forks given.
